Our apartment... It really is a one off, located just outside the city centre, 5-minutes from Queens road, converted factory from the 1800's with loads of cool spaces close by! Centrally located, Uber into the city centre for £4, Deliveroo will deliver, independent coffee houses & bars within walking distance. Odeon, Victoria park & Leicester train station within walking distance. Free off-road parking space

Apartment is in a peaceful neighbourhood, very close to trendy areas such as Queens road, City centre, Braunstone gate & the West end. there is under floor heating throughout the apartment, so always warm (especially on your feet)

The apartment was renovated last year. Bedroom has plenty of hanging space for clothes, huge full length mirror & a comfy double bed. As I cook quite a lot, the kitchen is full of gadgets & kitchen wear; great if you enjoy cooking. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and a table that seats 4.

On the mezzanine (which overlooks the kitchen); there is a projector with a bluetooth sound bar. Great for watching films in the evenings! There is also a comfy sofa bed

There is a bus stop on the street corner which takes you to the city center in under 5-minutes. Unfortunately buses don't run all night, but you can get an Uber back from most places in Leicester for under £10.
