Maisonette with 3 rooms [2double] near city centre

Hi I am looking to rent out my whole flat [a maisonette]- ideally to a couple /small family or two persons.
I am. not renting individual room.. Its for the whole flat, pleaze.

I am moving to a close by new home -so my current house will be free .
I am a professional working with NHS at Leicester . I travel almost quite regularly both within and outside the UK [ for charity and work]. So the main request request will be to take care of it.
The neighbours are very helpful and quite . Out from the building complex you have the famous west end /on Narborough road for all your general use .
The garden downstairs is lovely.
This is my home- a 3 bed maisonette, i have recently bought and i have refurbished it completely, has 2 toilets, with fitted kitchen [bedroom and living room] . The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, and a fridge fridger.

In one double room , there will be a double bed with a double mattress- for immediate use .The mattress is new and is of very high quality simba. there is a fitted wardrobe. in both double room with window furnishings.

Dining room and living room are downstairs . There is already a virgin line and a broadband connection - so new need of wiring,
The additional toilet is downstairs.

I can include extra furniture or broadband if needed [but will be extra]
