Massive double room on 2nd floor of Victorian Detached property with loads of communal living space.

The room has a kIng sized bed, 3 chests of drawers and desk with chair if you need to study. The bathroom is next to the room and only used by one other person.

There is another bathroom in the house which I use.

Living with family of working mum and two teenagers. Generally a quiet, warm, comfortable house with two cats.

Rent includes all bills, power, gas, council tax, heating, hot water, fast wireless broadband (virgin cable), aerial for freeview, etc.
Rent would be £500 for a couple.

House has washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 showers, 2 lounges! All household crockery, pots and pans, etc. can be used in the massive kitchen/dining room. Garden with outside eating/sitting areas.

Just off London Road, near Leicester Uni and Halls of residence, short bus trip to town. Between LRI and General hospitals (quite a few doctors/nurses live in this area for that reason).

Allandale Road is opposite with restaurants and bars just a two minute walk away. Lots of on street parking. Bikes can be stored in my shed.

Looking for someone chilled out but fun who appreciates a decent comfortable family home.
