A large ensuite room with all bills included is available in a modern student flat close to Leicester city centre and walking distances to university campuses.

Applegate Place consists of flats and studios for undergraduate and postgraduate students, including shorter term ERASMUS or national/ international exchange students. The rent package includes all utility bills, unlimited internet, standard content insurance, maintenance and security.

DMU campus is a 5 minute walk away and the city centre is just 2 minutes away providing convenient access to local shops & restaurants. Leicester train station is 15 minutes away on foot and Leicester University Campus around 20-25 minutes walking.

The accommodation consists of a large ensuite room in a shared flat with large living area and high-spec kitchen.

The bedroom area, as superior plus upgrade accommodation, has a large bed with ample under-bed storage. The study area in the room has a large desk and desk chair. There is also a wardrobe, coat hooks, shelf unit, book case, notice board, television point, full-length mirror and heater.

The private bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and mirror and a heated towel rail.

The flat has reliable free unlimited wireless internet up to 16Mb. There is also LAN connection available.

Overnight guest stays are welcome.

The modern high-spec kitchen includes dedicated cupboards, dishwasher, cookers, fridge freezers and microwaves.

Sofas and seating are provided in a shared living area (with TV & license included). This large, open-plan space brings flatmates together to eat, drink and to socialise.

The flat is cleaned weekly free of charge by Applegate cleaners. An onsite maintenance service and helpdesk are also included in the rent package.
