Room to rent 15 min walk city center / DMU

Hi! I live currently live on my own in a 3 bed semi detached house and offering one of the spare rooms for rent. It is available immediately.

The cost will be £390 a month including all bills and Wi-Fi. A deposit of one month rent is required, no other fees and no agency, very straight forward. I am flexible on contract length.

The room is offered as seen, unfurnished (except there is a storage cupboard built in and I have put a brand new show storage rack). There will of course be curtains these are just being washed.

About the property: Garden, another spare room which is a little space for meditation and reading, yoga etc that you are welcome to use. Large living room with table, desk, lots of sofa space and large TV. Kitchen with fridge freezer, oven microwave toaster etc and a Tassimo machine. There is off road parking available for you.

Location:
2 minutes from Fosse road north, a road with lots of amenities such as Lidl, Tesco , Co-Op and an Aldi, post office nearby. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away which takes you to town, or it is a 15-20 minute walk to the city center when you cut through across the river. 15-20 minute walk to DMU also.

You will have access to all communal areas but I am looking for someone who will live respectfully with me and is nice, friendly and clean ☺️

About me: just graduated leicester uni and starting a master's at DMU this September
Vegan but do not mind to share with a meat eater (but please as long as you have etiquette :D)
Very friendly and outgoing.
My hobbies: art, yoga, meditation
Pets: I have a cat called Pippin and a guinea pig called Jeremy who live in the property.
