DISCLAIMER - The new tenant must like cats as I have two Bengals, although they can be kept out of the rented room.

The rent is £450 per month including all bills, council tax, virgin fibre, sky tv and use of Netflix. White goods are included, as well as a washer/dryer. There is a patio garden area with a firepit and secure alley access to the street from there.

The new tenant will be required to sign a lodger agreement, plus a £450 deposit will be required which will be held under the DPS. Smokers will be considered, but smoking is not permitted inside the property. On street parking available and plenty of spaces are usually available.
