My friends and I would like to welcome another housemate to join us whose interests and habits are, to some extent, similar to ours.
We are very tidy and clean professionals in Architecture industry.

We have 1 spare bedroom located in the first floor which benefits from a big bathroom (the house has two bathrooms and another toilet in the hallway as well)

The house has a generous kitchen / dinning area and a Good size living room which is furnished with lovely furniture. There's also a garden and a shed for summer activities.

Morrison's and Odeon cinema are about 10 - 12 minutes walk and DMU is about 20 -25 minutes walk from the house.
The room is ideal for people working / studying at both universities and / or working at Royal infirmary hospital.

Room includes the following furniture :
- Double bed (with brand new award-winning mattress)
- Big Wardrobe,
- Bedside table with drawers,
- Chest of drawers
- Desk and chair.
We can provide additional items if needed.

There are no restrictions on off road parking around the house so you can park worry-free anywhere.

The room location is lovely as it faces south/east and it's ideal if you want to work from home.

We can arrange for viewing anytime with prior notice. So please send me a text and I should come back to you as soon as possible.

Short terms less than 3 months could be considered under different terms and prices.
