Hi there, unfortunately my current lodger who has been great to live with for 2 years is moving out due to work relocation, so I am looking again to share my home with someone awesome (this is important to me).

The apartment is really lovely, very warm and modern, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, each with separate bath and shower. En-suite. There are lifts, a beautiful terrace on the river front, sunsets every evening and gym access included. All utility bills and council tax are also included including super fast fibre wifi.

3-bed property but the other bedroom is my office for when I need to work from home which isn’t so often any more.

The room itself has instant access to the large terrace on the river front which is perfect for watching the ducks, swans and world go by with a different sunset every evening. Terrace is big enough to chill, work out or even have a few friends over with the bbq (when we’re finally allowed). There is a modern comfortable double bed with lots of storage space beneath, a wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table at present as well as a desk, office chair and mirror.

Kitchen is fully equipped as well but welcome to use your own things.

The building is safe and secure with active management and cctv, on a quiet street very close to the city centre (near Jubilee Square) but out of the immediate noise, I often sleep with the window open. There is plenty of bike storage and possibly car parking available in the building’s 2 story car park as well but this would need to be sought. There are also nearby car parks and on-street parking as well as cheap city centre parking.

There are 2 lifts in the building as well as stairs, depending how fit you’re feeling, and there is also a gym with shower facilities etc in the building as well.

As for your housemate; I am a 35yo lecturer within Elite Sport. I work at Warwick University and go out to play/watch the football or other social events. I also have another property in Lincs that I stay at occasionally, and I love to travel the world. Big music fan and often spend weekday evenings fairly chilled watching Netflix. I am clean, quiet and respectful; flexible, helpful and open. I like to socialise at times, but also love my own space so looking for someone that is similar to all of the above.

So if you’re quiet, chilled, you clean up after yourself, friendly and easy to get on with; looking for a lovely place to rest your head, that’s not sharing with 4 others is a student hovel, then say hi and we can get the ball rolling.

PS. location is slightly incorrect but it can’t be changed. Building is on the river near Jubilee Square/Castle Gardens park.
