Cosy, friendly house share

We have a room becoming free in our lovely shared house on Aylestone Road.

We are looking for a young professional or postgrad student who is sociable but respectful, preferably female and looking for somewhere to rent long-term. We are a friendly house share who enjoy spending the evenings chatting, watching Netflix and drinking tea.

The house is a beautiful listed period property which is spacious for 3 people, has a dining room, kitchen, lounge, one bathroom, with an extra WC. Council tax, water and broadband bills are included in rent. Gas and electric is not included. Parking is on street and only busy on match-days.

The available room is located on the middle floor. It's fully furnished with a double bed, under-bed storage, desk and chest of drawers.

We are located a short distance from the M1/M69 (about 10 min drive) and 20 min walk into the city centre (close to both universities and the LRI).
