The property is around 15 min walk from City Centre, 20 minutes walk from De Montfort University and Leicester Royal Infirmary (for any medical/nursing students). There is a bus stop directly opposite the house. Tesco express is 2 minutes away and there is a larger Tesco nearby. Braunstone Gate known for its restaurants and bars is just a short walk from the house.
