The house has a kitchen, lounge and decking area. There is a drive and also on street permit parking, with the spare permit. There is a desk in the lounge if you work from home.
I like a chat over a coffee and I'm social. But i am out quite a bit and the house does get quiet. I'm sure this would suit some people though.
