The room includes:
Bills and WiFi: All bills and superfast WiFi included.
Bedroom area: Currently a double bed. This could be exchanged for 2 single beds if required.
Dining/study area: Private area within the room suitable for dining/working.
Kitchen facilities: Fridge, worktops, cupboards and drawers are avaialble within the room. The room does not contain a stove, you will have access to the main kitchen of the house, the main kitchen also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Private En-suite: Electric shower, toilet and sink.
Storage: A shed will be provided for the sole use of the lodger(s).
Parking: Readily available
Garden: Access to a large garden.

Lodger preferences:
Female only, this room would be suited to 1 or 2 female lodgers.
Currently a Muslim household - Only halal meat to be cooked within the main kitchen. No alcohol to be consumed/used within the main kitchen.
Small pets will be considered, no large pets.
