Large room in quiet house with extended kitchen :)

This is a detached house on a quiet cul-de-sac just half a mile from Meridian Leisure Park (cinema; restaurants; gym) and two miles from Fosse Park and the motorway junctions. There is a large Aldi only five minutes’ walk away and there are bus stops close by, with buses going around Leicester or into the centre.

The spare bedroom has a new king-size bed and mattress, and more furniture will be ordered as needed. It is a large room with a connected storage area and new carpet. You would also have exclusive use of the adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is an open plan living room leading to a huge kitchen diner with a dishwasher and large amount of storage space. You would have your own fridge as well as separate cupboards etc. The cost covers all bills including Council Tax; Virgin Media internet; and Sky TV with Netflix.

I like to chat and socialise though would much rather have a games night or watch a film than stay out late. I work 9-5 as a support worker (partly working from home) and am looking for a friendly and considerate housemate who works similar hours. There are also two affectionate cats living here, Arya & Yorda.
