Apartment introduction: Student apartment with all bills included. Must be a student. The room is on the first floor (British style). The room is 31 square meters. There is a lot of storage space. The floor has good lighting ☀️ and is not a street-facing room. Neighbors are very quiet and there has never been any disturbance. The maintenance staff of the apartment responds very quickly. If you report a repair on one day, they can come and fix it the next day. There is no delay at all. The front desk can receive packages and will provide a QR code, so there is no risk of losing packages.
Facilities in the room: Quite complete. Fridge, microwave, oven. It is one of only two apartments in Leicester with a built-in washing machine in the room, and it can also dry clothes.
Location: Super close to the De Montfort University Business School. It takes about 1 minute to walk there. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the city center. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the big Tesco and the student gym. The train station is also within a 10-minute walk. Basically, you don't need to take a taxi much when living here.
