It's a very tidy place (one of the tidest place that I've ever rented) The housemates are mature and behave well. No loud music/ noises from the housemates and they treat each other in a respectful manner. It's a very quiet & calm place. Very nice landlord too who takes care of any issues in a timely manner. And finally, the rent is reasonable. My reason for leaving is that I have to go abroad for a family matter for a few months. I would definitely recommend this place for someone who is looking to rent."
