-Study table is available, I didn't take

Midway for either UoL or DMU.
The flat is on the second floor with massive windows in every room. It's extremely well lit. The flat also come including water + high speed internet included in the bills.
Electric is not included.

The whole property is electric so no gas needed.

The building is managed by Leicester Students lettings, I have had absolutely no problems and they have been super prompt to correct if anything was needed.

If you're a student you don't pay Council tax. The flat is available to professional or Students.

Pets are not allowed unfortunately.

Literally 3mins to the train station and about 10-12mins walk away from both the major bus station.
