Flatmate for current flat or find new one together

My current flat mate is moving out at the end of July and I would love to not move again as I love this building and my flat. However I understand it is not cheap so if I can find someone I really want to live with then we can find somewhere cheaper together if that is preferable. Or if you're in a similar situation but want to stay in your current flat, we can discuss that too.

My current flat has one en-suite double and one double with its own bathroom and and open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The building has parking (costs extra), 24/7 concierge, in house-repairs, post room and a roof terrace with an events room, outdoor seating and BBQ area. They allow pets but this is an extra charge. It's a brand new building so we have never even and to turn the heating on due to great insulation.

Wi-Fi is included, utilities are water and electric only and it is council tax band C.

I'm looking for a professional, someone clean and tidy, respectful and not too noisy. Mostly I'm looking for a friend, not just someone to live with.

I am in my first year since finishing uni, working as a scrub nurse at the royal infirmary. I like cooking, movies and TV and I'm a big animal lover.
