Your large double room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
All our houses are maintained and managed by Midlands Lets, so you pay one monthly bill, and we will sort out the rest.
Included in your monthly rental payment includes our amazing bill package that covers all bills for you: Electricity, Water, Gas, TV and Council Tax. Additionally we provide a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas and fast Virgin broadband Wi-Fi free of charge to keep your home clean and well connected.
Our residents are 3 male & 1 female young professionals carefully selected with house harmony in mind.
The room is available from the end of April 2015 but viewings can take place immediately. Deposit of £300 and admin fee of £100 required to secure the room. If you are not based in Leicester, please contact us about our virtual viewing service.
