Hello, I am a PhD student and my housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I need a co-tenant to share the house with.
This is a very good size house with a good sized kitchen, bathroom, living room and separate dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a paved garden area.
This is house extremely good value for money and is a very nice area to live. 5 min to Leicester University, 2 minutes from Queens Rd. There is also access to high speed broadband provided by Virgin.
I am looking for any professional person or (preferably postgraduate) student to share the rent of the property. You can move in ASAP, however the tenancy will officially start on the 1st September.
Personally I keep to myself mostly and spend long days at the University. You will have free reign over the living room as I stick to my bedroom. I'm easy going and have lived with male/ female housemates before.
There is public car parking available on the road just outside the house and I've had no issues with finding parking spaces.
If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me here or via social media. Pictures will follow soon.
