Double Room for Rent - Hamilton Leicester

The house is a two bedroom semi situated in a quiet cul de sac in Hamilton. It has off street parking with a dedicated space for you.

The room is a double room looking over the garden. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 shelves. The room does have a TV aerial for anyone wanting to bring their own TV.

Facilities wise, there is a modern kitchen with the essentials, fridge freezer (with shelves for you to utilise), washing machine, microwave, cooker etc etc (normal kitchen like stuff). A cupboard for you to store your own cooking and food things too. Living room is a nice area, with TV, HiFi, PC and Xbox. Bathroom has a bath and shower and would be shared, however it will be both's responsibility to keep this clean (nobody likes a dirty bathroom).

Bills are included in the price which includes fiber internet. A deposit would be required.

I am 23 years old and work full time for BT. I do like to socialise however I do enjoy my own space sometimes too, I like to have a balance. I enjoy listening to music and watching films in my free time, so I would say I'm looking for a person with similar interests.
