City Flat All Inclusive *Read Description*

LIVING SPACE

I am a professional looking for a flat mate to share a beautiful flat in the city centre. The flat is in good used condition, fully furnished and in a prime location (The Zenith Building) YOU CANT GET MORE CENTRAL THAN THAT. Flat is 3 mins walk from train station and 5-7 mins walk from coach station.

Due to work, I am always abroad and I spend 3 months abroad and 1 month in the UK so you will pretty much always have the place to yourself.

I have a good sized bedroom with a built in wardrobe and enough space for a small double bed. You have your own bathroom and toilet since there are two of them and I am using the one in my room. A spacious furnished living room and a nice modern kitchen with a washing/dryer as well as a dishwasher ,oven, in built fridge and many more...

There is a secure parking space in the building with a remote control. This is a very nice place and very quiet for those who want a place to relax and chill after a long day at work.

The price is all inclusive and it comes with the parking space, broadband, light, gas etc... very affordable for such a nice apartment and such a city location.

I am looking for someone serious and preferably a professional. When I come back to the UK, I spend some time with my son. I so love the flat and I don't want to give it up.
