A double bedroom available in a spacious 4 bedroom semi detatched house in Western Park LE3. Recently been repainted with a brand new mattress.
Located on a bus route into the city centre (30 minute walk) and only 15 minutes away from the Glenfield Hospital, this is the ideal house share for a young professional.
Within a 4 minute drive is Meridian Leisure park which hosts restaurants, pubs, Cinema, Bowling and an Aldi. A 5 minute walk away is a leisure centre which has a gym. You are also only a 5 minute drive away from the m1/m69 motorway.

The bedrooms all have security locks to give everybody their own privacy if wanted. They are carpeted and fully furnished with solid wood furniture (please see photos) along with a 32" flatscreen TV on the wall. It comes furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, 2 chest of drawers and a triple wardrobe.

The house is very homely, quiet and spacious. There is a bathroom and also a downstairs toilet along with a living room along with a lovely kitchen with integrated appliances.

The communal areas are cleaned every couple of weeks, and the housemates are always really tidy so the place is very homely and clean.

There is a well kept garden with a patio area along with a garage for storage.

3 people live here at the moment. Lucy who works in design, Jordan who works in retail and Dan who works as a restaurant manager. All like to socialise whilst also being able to have their own space.
