Student room available in Loughborough town!

An ensuite room at Study Inn student accommodation in Loughborough town is available at the beginning of February!

The accommodation is on Lemyngton street which is
-a 12 minute walk from the railway station
-a 5minute walk from the Rushes shopping centre (Tesco, Sports Direct, PureGym, Argos, Tk Maxx, Next, JD sports etc)
-an 8 minute walk/ 2 minute bike ride to Queens park
-an 18 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to Loughborough College
-a 23 minute walk/ 7 minute bike ride to Loughborough University

The room is ensuite and includes a double bed, a big closet, a TV, a study desk with a comfy chair and a sofa. What's provided:
-A laundry bag, hangers and a hairdryer
-Towels and bed sheets that are replaced every 2 weeks.

The kitchen is shared with 6 other students, and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a blender, a coffee machine, a rice cooker, wine chiller, a breakfast table/bar, and enough plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and cutlery. The accommodation also provides you with your own fridge/freezer and storage, basic kitchen utensils, a frying pan and 2 pots (1 medium and 1 large).

The accommodation is new (opened in September) and it has great facilities: on the ground floor there is a social space which includes a fully equipped gym, spa and sauna, a TV/movie area and pool tables. On site there are also quiet study rooms, a laundry room and a bike storage space.
The accommodation also provides room cleaning service (every 2 weeks), bin colllection, parcel collection and in-room post delivery.
Finally there is a 24h security service so there is always someone at the available at the reception.

The room is available anytime from the 1st of February and the contract is until 25 July 2020.

Rent: 134 pw with all bills included
