Ensuite room in williams house, student accommodat

I have a large ensuite room available immediate in williams house on williams street, its right behind the college and used to be an RNIB accomodation... about the 3 minutes from the free bus stop from college to uni. Its about 5 mins to uni and 8-10 mins to town. This building is right beside the college. About 16 flats in this hall, having 5-6 rooms. I'm moving away so I need a quick transition and I'm only able to show the room up until March 28th 2021. It's a quick contract process with loc8me and took them a day for mine so its actually easy... contract is upto 30th June left but I guess you can extend for next year if you really like the place.. I think its ideal for any student just looking to come back to Loughborough and complete the academic year, particularly third years, if this is your last chance at undergraduate life... you might want to take a chance on a nearby off campus student hall... the flatmates are very clean and the kitchen, living area and oven are always clean and the TV works (there is also a TV port in the bedroom if you need it... The kitchen and hallway are cleaned once a week, the wardrobe is large and deep and there is more storage under the bed, a parking space at the front and a bike shed in the large green area out back which will be great for bbqs when the sun really comes and once things settle down

It's ideal for both undergrads and postgrads... Everything is really big as it was for disabled students.. it's on the second floor and there's a lift... and a common room downstairs with a sitting area, pool table and like a make shift gym (students just put their weights in a section of the common room and come down to train together) everything you see is really that big... and its bigger than an average sized student room in the UK and really nice with a study area... really worth the price... if you would like to move in a little sooner like next week or a little later, Please let me know.
