Hi, I'm renting a room in my 3 bedroom house. Bills are included but the gas and electricity bill will be shared during winter. Super fast wifi is included as well. There's a park in front of the house and railway station is 2 min walking distance, 13 min bus ride to university, and 5 or 7 min walk to the town.
I prefer a hygienic person and who doesn't drink. And smoking inside the house isn't allowed. I will need iD proof too. Couples are welcome, depending on the situation, but I would prefer single and students only. Thanks
