I am looking for a postgraduate student (taught or research) within Loughborough University to takeover my tenancy at John Phillips Hall from 15th of July 2024 until 14th of September 2024.
The room is ensuite with a double bed (4ft bed), and a spacious closet. I will offer it at 150£ per week. You will have another 5 female flatmates with whom you will share a large kitchen, and the kitchen is cleaned every week. Please get in touch if you are interested.
