Unfurnished Double room available in 2 bed house share in Loughborough - available now.

I'm Calum, a first year PhD student at Loughborough University looking for a house mate in a rental I've been in since July last year. I'm easy going, and spend my spare time cooking, trying my hand at football or climbing, listening to records, and heading out to the pub. I'm out 9-5 most days working and spend a weekend or two away most months visiting friends or family. I am happy to get some references from previous house mates.

The house itself is situated close to the centre of Loughborough (5 min walk from the centre and 10 mins from the station). The shared living space is furnished and is a relaxing space to unwind in. The house also comes with a spacious garden. The wifi is nice and fast (200 mbps)!

The room is unfurnished, however, there are a few storage bits and pieces that can be kept in there or removed depending on your preference!

Ideally, I'd be looking for another PhD or master’s student to move in and would enjoy occasional house meals and socialising some evenings and weekends.
