I lived here for a year and a half but unfortunately have had to relocate, so I'm looking for a new tenant to take over the remaining 5 months of the contract (ends 30th June).

The house was fully refurbished in 2024, with a beautiful open plan living room and kitchen with plenty of cupboard and fridge space, as well as an enclosed patio/garden at the rear. The room available includes a double bed, large desk and shelves, a wall mounted smart TV and a bright ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and cupboard space

My housemate (who you'd be living with) is a PhD student at the university, keeps the house clean and overall is extremely easy and pleasant to live with
