I am looking for a replacement tenant for my studio next to Lidl. Would suit a PhD who needs quiet to write up!

Bills included, with super fast wifi, excellent heating and hot water taps to rival the sun. I have never been cold in this flat, and in the summer all the skylights can open.

There's a walk-in closet, a small electric stovetop, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, hoover and a washing machine. The main furniture belongs here (ie. bed, desk, dining table and TV as shown in the main photos), but I will be taking my own bookshelves and additions also pictured in the evening photo so you'll be able to make the space your own.

I love this flat, but I need to move closer to my other university.
