For rent, a downstairs bedroom in a shared terraced house near Bedford Square, Central Loughborough. It has been freshly decorated, new laminate floors, UPVC windows, internet, FGCH, new shower room, standard appliances , rear garden and assessed EPC band D,

Council Tax band B and water rates are included in the rent, but all other utilities are shared (gas, elec, internet and TV licence) averaging 150 pounds pcm each with a full house. This is a traditional terrace house in a good location near the town center with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, a live-out landlord & flexible contract. Limited back-street parking is available via a permit from the council.

Overall, I am renting as a house on a years contract. The room would suit post grads or professional persons who want to live and work in and around Loughborough (not ideal for Leicester, Derby or Nottingham).
