Double room Lutterworth

I am looking for someone to rent a double room in my house. I own a three-bedroom property in Lutterworth.

The room is fully furnished with bed, rails and large hemnes drawers.

I am still renovating the house, so some small work is still ongoing, but it will not be distracting. I had a new bathroom fitted as well and a fairly modern kitchen.

I do have a Cocker Spaniel. He is 11 years old, he can very occasionally be grumpy and growl at people if annoyed. You must be experienced around dogs.

I am very friendly. I work from home in the week. Im an outdoorsy person, I have horses, so I am at the farm often.

I am looking for a housemate, preferably. Monday -Friday only, but can offer full time. Ideally short term (6 months) but I would again be ok with longer. I can't have anyone who works from home as I don't have an office I can go to.

The house has off-road parking and a good size garden, I am quite a sociable person and more than happy with your friends coming over etc, but I tend to go out to see mine, so if you are after a quiet house, then that would be fine also.
