Large double room on outskirts of town

Parking for two cars

Large double room available from January 2022 in a 2 year old house on the outskirts of the town. Open plan downstairs with kitchen featuring all mod cons, including breakfast bar. Small garden to the rear with seating area and off-road parking for 2 cars.

I am looking for someone who will take good care of the room and property. I'm into sport, particularly football and I'm pretty chilled out. I work from home as a base, however, I'm also away quite frequently.

The room is the larger of the two bedrooms and has a double bed and clothes rail in it. I can provide a desk/chest of drawers, if required. The room is shown in the pictures, however, the bed and furniture will be different.

All bills will be included in the rent, including unlimited broadband use and a cleaner once a month. Would consider a couple at £700 pcm.
