I have spent 3 years completely renovating my Victorian terraced house in Market Harborough to a high standard, and due to now living elsewhere with my partner, I let the 2 main bedrooms to a maximum of 2 professionals. I lived in house share arrangements for 10 years so know how good they are and how they should be!

The bedroom available is a good sized room at the back of the house overlooking the garden. There is a built in wardrobe, additional cupboard space, and bedside tables. Fully furnished and newly decorated to a high standard with all furniture in the house being new within the last couple of years.

The shared bathroom is also newly renovated and finished to a high standard with large bath and large freestanding shower.

As a housemate you will have use of all areas of the house and garden, including living room with large 4K TV (with full Virgin TV package, Netflix & Amazon Prime) and 100mbps broadband and ALL bills are included in the monthly rent - including a fortnightly cleaner.

The dining room and kitchen have all required facilities - again all recently refurbished with a kitchen extension most recently complete in 2020 and a brand new washer/dryer.
The garden is yet to be landscaped but does offer a tidy patio area and an outbuilding for storage. There is off-road private parking to the rear of the house, and parking bays available right outside the front door too.

The house is just a 2 minute walk from the town centre and a 10-15 minutes walk from the train station.

I expect tidiness, cleanliness and respect of all the things in the house. I am a professional, working in the financial services sector.

My protocol is normally to meet for a coffee before you see the house as I want to be confident and comfortable with a prospective housemate - however with no coffee shops open I'm happy to FaceTime/Zoom for a chat and then have you come and take a look at the house and meet the current housemate. Current housemate is a young female professional and has been living at the house for just over a year.

Preference is to let the room to one person age 18-40, male or female, professional with no pets and non-smoker.

The room will be ready from early December 2020.
