Double furnished room to rent in lovely location

Double furnished room to rent; you can either have the back bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers or the front bedroom with single bed with trundel which converts into a queen size bed. This room is much bigger and has 2 wardrobes and a table but no chest of drawers. You'll have access to the bathroom which has a roll top bath as well as a shower; the kitchen and the garden. the front bedroom has connection to arial tv but not back bedroom. There is wifi throughout the house.
The garden is accessible through the kitchen where you can smoke if you are a smocker but no smocking is allowed in the house. You'll find parking is easy during the day but after 18.00, you'll probably have to park in the nearby street. I've got 3 cats and a house bunny. You can use the washing machine but not the tumble dryer. A clothe horse is provided in your room. You use the kitchen whenever you like and I'll expect it to be kept clean and tidy. You can use the hoover, iron, and if you need anything else, just ask me.
