I have a large, bright double room to rent in my house close to the centre of Market Harborough. Gas, electric and all water bills are included in the price so you will have few extra costs. The house has a nice garden with decking and BBQ so is perfect for summer evenings. There is also a secure dry shed that can be used for storing large items such as a bike etc. Inside the house there is a recently decorated lounge and dining room and two bath/shower rooms (so no waiting in the mornings!). There is also a third small bedroom which will remain empty so can be used if guests stay over on evenings or weekends. One room is currently rented to a friendly professional. All in all it is a lovely property in a very nice market town so please get in touch if you'd like any more information. (Interest from couples is welcome though the rent would be 250 each). The room can have a single bed in it, or be left for the tenant to supply their own.
