I have a large, bright double room to rent in my house close to the centre of Market Harborough. You will be sharing with the current tenant and not myself.
The house is walking distance to the town centre and leisure centre.
Council tax, broadband, gas, electric and all water bills are included in the price so you will have few extra costs. The house has a nice garden with decking, very useful for summer evenings. There is also a secure dry shed that can be used for storing large items such as a bike etc.
Inside the house there is a lounge and dining room and two bath/shower rooms (so no waiting in the mornings!). There is also a third small bedroom which will remain empty so can be used if guests stay over on evenings or weekends.
All in all it is a lovely property in a very nice market town so please get in touch if you'd like any more information. (Interest from couples is welcome though the rent would be 300 each). The room comes furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe.
