A large fully fitted kitchen diner and laundry facilities are shared on the ground floor. The property also boasts an established private garden with numerous seating areas and pond.
The Landlady lives in the property, having private space and two friendly cats. Communal areas are cleaned once per week, but residents would be expected to tidy up after communal areas are used. The garden is also fully maintained by the landlady.
This is a friendly home that will not tolerate any discrimination. Everyone is welcome with good character references, ability to pay the rent and who will show respect to the other occupants and to the property.
