Currently looking for a housemate to rent a room in my lovely 3 bedroom house.
The room is a good sized double and is fully furnished. The house has 2 living areas, a kitchen, bathroom, and a large garden. Situated in a great area next to Stonehurst farm and a short walk from Waitrose. The bus stop is opposite so its convenient for commuting. Lots of lovely pubs in the village and surrounding villages.
Available Mon-Fri every week, £135 per week (for the 4 nights). Looking for someone who needs regular weekly accommodation in the area. The room will be yours only and you are welcome to leave clothes etc in the room over the weekend.
I am a young professional, female aged 34. There are no pets at the house. Third bedroom is a study and will not be rented out.
