Looking for a considerate person who has travelled or lived in shared houses before, to join a shared house in the loughbough area (mountsorrel). It is a decent sized house and the rooms have just been decorated. Its right on the A6 so easy access to Leicester, Loughborough and the M1. Beside bus route to Leicester or Nottingham and good amenities.

Happy to do whatever tenure you need, furnished or unfurnished, short term contract etc. Just let me know what you want. It would suit a professional or mature student who has lived in shared environments before.

Its a Victorian house with a beautiful garden and outside eating area.

We want to create a pleasant and peaceful environment for the people that live here. It would be good to to share cooking etc. If you felt that would be appropriate.

I’m into yoga, Meditation, cooking/food keeping fit, travel, snowboarding, gardening and anything outdoors. Would be good to share with someone similar who would like this type of environment and would enjoy sharing a drink/food occasionally.

The downstairs is a communal area and has everything you should need. TV sofas, cooking and dining facilities. Happy for you to move your things into those areas too and share the space.
