The house is located on Langham Drive, within Narborough, 5 minutes away from the the village centre with Pubs, takeaways, shops and a train station.
From the train station it is a 10 minute journey into the centre of Leicester or alternatively from the house a 10 minute drive to the centre or 5 minutes to Enderby, Grove Park, Fosse Park or connecting M69 and M1.

Either room is available for rent, 7 days a week inclusive, the house has Virgin Broadband / TV / games systems and Hive heating (all bills included) and you will have access to the full house (other bedrooms not included obvs)

The garden has a shed and a built in BBQ free to use.

The toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom, which helps (especially on a busy morning before work).

Vaping is allowed in the house but smoking must be outside or in the garden

In terms of the rooms, there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom available (priced accordingly). Currently the rooms have no furniture, but there is a budget I will offer for the rooms to be furnished, however I will have a say in what is purchased to ensure it can be used for future tenants if required.
