Cosy Room In Quaint Quorn Cottage

You’re bedroom

25 year old looking for a sociable and mature housemate to share her cottage.

Situated in the lovely village of Quorn, it’s ideal for travel to Loughborough/Leicester university and the surrounding areas, with on-street parking available outside.

The bedroom doesn’t currently have a bed, although one can be provided if needed. There is a built-in wardrobe, shelving, a cupboard, and a small desk and a comfy armchair. Much like the rest of the house, it’s decorated in a cosy, vintage style. The room has gorgeous views onto fields complete with a pony and sheep and is the quietest room in the house.

The house:
The house is compact (2 beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room), but has everything you need, including a washer-dryer and all the cooking utensils you could ever ask for.

About me:
I work in marketing and comms for a local charity in Leicester. when I’m not doing that, I enjoy being creative - whether it’s knitting (new Lockdown hobby!), cooking or attempting to learn piano. I also keep relatively fit and run/HIIT/boulder a few times a week. I spend quite a few evenings out, (COVID-permitting) but am definitely looking to get to know my housemate and spend the odd night together in front of the tv or sharing a meal with a bottle of vino. Someone clean and considerate is a must.

One last thing: I have a cat! Summer is 2 years old, lovely and adorable, and when you rent my place you’re welcome to as many cat cuddles as you like!
