Available for rent in the heart of Quorn is a charming rear bedroom offering views of a beautiful large garden. This cosy space comes complete with access to communal facilities including a bathroom, kitchen, home gym are, dining area, and the garden.

House rules: no hard drugs allowed, is smoking permitted outdoors. 420-friendly for medical purposes. Alcohol friendly, I don't indulge often, but you're more than welcome to.

As for me, I'm an easygoing introvert who values personal space but is also up for hanging out. My routine involves boxing training three times a week (twice from home) and regular outdoor runs. Occasionally, I'll strum some tunes on my acoustic guitar or low volume drums, keeping it quiet with brushes instead of sticks. Most of my time is spent working from home in my conservatory office/studio. I have two cats that will be around the house so someone who doesn’t hate cats is preferred.

For potential tenants, I simply ask for friendliness and respect. If you share an interest in working out or making music, that's a delightful bonus!
