King Sized Room in Coalville/Ravenstone

Hi,

The ad is Female only I'm afraid as the current tenants are Female, the previous tenant was also Female and it keeps everyone safe, happy and secure. My Girlfriend also visits sometimes or i'm at hers fyi.

I'm a live in landlord (top floor, en suite) currently renting out the rooms on the middle floor of the house where there is a shared Bathroom.

The other rooms are rented by Female tenants who are very clean, quiet and sociable, 1 works 5 days a week, the other 4 days, and both are generally out at the weekends.

The room has a King Size bed with a firm mattress, plenty of storage, and a TV, you have a shared Bathroom that also has plenty of storage, in the kitchen you have a shared fridge/freezer and a large cupboard to yourself, and several shelves in the pantry, aswell as shared cupboard space for things like spices, drinks etc.

Garden was re done in 2023, and has a fire pit that I occasionally use, plenty of room to sunbathe and relax.

Lounge has a large TV and has all Channels, TV series, Movies etc. But can be slow at times depending on how in demand the Movie you're trying to watch is.

Parking space at the front of the property but generally it's whoever parks there first between the lodgers, otherwise there is parking nearby on the estate, and we are next to the M1, M42 meaning you can get to Leicester (25min) Nottingham (35min) and Birmingham (45min)
