Off road parking for one vehicle is available at the front of the property and shared utility room with washing machine is available downstairs adjacent to the front porch. Entrance to the property for the lodger is by the front door only with no garden access so unsuitable for pets.
We live downstairs with our large dog and small cat and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, in particular caring for our horses which we keep at the edge of the village.
Stathern is ideally situated for walking and cycling in the countryside with Belvoir Woods edging the village and has a pub, a village store and a garage with a small shop and cafe.
