The room is a rear double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, fast broadband and television.

Especially in summer the glass sliding doors offer a great view over the balcony. We would expect you to keep your room clean, fresh and tidy - just like the rest of the house.

The large main bathroom would be for your use with one other .

Kitchen:

Dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washer, drier, multifunction cooker , powerful induction hob and an in sink waste disposal unit.

Safe parking to the side of the house in a well lit residential street. Your car could be parked so that it's visible from the room.

Downstairs there is a toilet and washbasin. We have our own bathroom.

There are free weights, a bench and other exercise equipment in the garage. There is also a room in the house used for exercise.

Vegetarians and vegans are welcome, however
if you do eat meat, (we eat chicken, fish, milk and vegetarian meals) we would not want you to cook or store pork, ham, bacon, or shellfish products.

The shops and restaurants of Stoneygate Village shopping are just over the road and the Queens Road restaurants and shopping area is 15 minutes walk away.

The UHL LRI and General Hospital and both Universities are within 3 km. It takes about 20 minute to drive to junction 21 of the M1 and 20 minutes to walk to the railway station. A bus stop on London Road is nearby.
