Single room with double bed in stoneygate

Small room with double bed on 2nd floor of Victorian Detached property with loads of communal living space :)

The bathroom is next to it, only shared with one other person (female aged 22) with bath/WC and electric shower.

There is another bathroom in the house that I use.

Living with family of working mum and two teens. Generally a quiet, warm, comfortable house with two cats.

Rent includes all bills, power, gas, council tax, heating, hot water, fast wireless broadband (virgin cable), aerial for freeview, etc.

House has washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 showers, 2 lounges! All household crockery, pots and pans, etc. can be used in the massive kitchen/dining room.

Just off London Road, near Leicester Uni and Halls of residence, short bus trip to town. Between LRI and General hospitals (quite a few doctors live in this area for that reason).

Allandale Road is opposite with restaurants and bars just a two minute was away. Lots of on street parking. Bikes can be stored in my shed, safe motorbike parking can be arranged.

Looking for someone chilled out but fun who appreciates a decent comfortable family home.
