About my house…
Room available in my semi detached home in Syston. Bills included, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. My house has lots of outdoor space / big garden with vegetable patch. It’s an ex council house, parking can be tight but there is always somewhere to park on the street.
It’s a 3 bedroom house, but just me living there. Looking to rent out just one room initially but may consider renting the 3rd down the line, one thing at a time!
About me…
I’m a 35 year old professional and occasionally work from home. I live quite a quiet life really, occasionally working from home. I’m a keen cyclist and also enjoy walking, anything outside. I have lots of house plants and so if you enjoy any of these we will get on! Just looking for someone to help cover the bills.

A professional or mature student who is respectful and appreciates quiet (I’m not one for partying!). No couples or smokers, open to short term let’s.
