Bedroom

Single room with double bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves, shelf unit and TV in a bungalow in a very quiet area. There's plenty of parking space in front of the house. Front and back garden and garage (no storage space, sorry, but space for a bicycle).
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction cooker and oven.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
A Co-op is within 10-minutes walk. Leisure centre 15 minutes on the bike. Coalville Town centre less than 10 minutes by car. Forests and nature reserve within short walking distance.
No smokers or vapers. Pets TBC (see note below).
You must like cats (I have one), be tidy, friendly and outgoing. Perfect if you also like gardening (not a must).
A bit about myself:
Easy-going, GSOH, I like playing badminton, exercise, walking and gardening. I usually work Mon - Fri and also travel for work at least once a month.
