A train station is just 200 meters away, and large Tesco and Lidl stores are within walking distance. The bus service is also fantastic—frequent and reliable.
The room is a generous double with plenty of storage: two wardrobes, two bedside cabinets, and one large chest of drawers, plus extra drawers under the bed. The bathroom is modern, with a separate large shower and bath, and the kitchen and living room facilities are also modern and well-equipped.
Rent includes all bills—gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and council tax. Preferably, I’m looking for a non-smoker, but if you do smoke, it must be outside. No animals allowed. I’m seeking a tidy, respectful lodger—ideal for a professional or student.
