Single Room-overlooking the Garden, great location

There is a Single Room available in our lovely house, looking over the front garden, getting the sun from lunchtime dappled by the cherry outside.
There is room for storage and a chair as well as the bed, the shared bathroom is opposite your room and separate toilet next to the bathroom. Downstairs, we have a large lounge, TV, sofas and guitar and piano if you play, leading to the well equipped kitchen and separate utility room. All of these rooms are shared. The Studio is purpose built looking out onto the garden- (I work some days on site and some days in the Studio), this room is not shared but beyond the Studio is a large elevated decking area, looking across the large rear garden which is shared and looks out around 20 miles across the valley over the rooves of the village and beautiful countryside beyond. We have a lovely black Labrador who is nearly 5 and very social and well behaved. I am hoping you will want to come and enjoy this beautiful location with fantastic countryside walks, friendly people, with as much or as little local social participation as you would like for all ages. We share cleaning duties. There is also on street parking.
